Key Responsibilities- Healthcare & Wellness: Monitor the employer's health and personal needs, utilizing your nursing background to ensure overall well-being.
- Household Management: Oversee daily operations of the residence; supervise household staff (helpers, drivers, and other assistants) to maintain high standards.
- Financial Administration: Manage liquid assets including bank accounts, GCash, and digital payments. Handle household expenses, reimbursements, and cash advances with 100% accuracy.
- Global Mobility: Accompany the employer on international and domestic trips, managing itineraries and logistics on the fly.
- Administrative Support: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
Qualifications- Credential: Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with an active license.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance, private nursing, or high-level hospitality.
- Tech-Savvy: Expert proficiency in managing banking apps, e-wallets (GCash/Maya), and expense tracking.
- Intellect & Discretion: Must be street smart and book smart, capable of making quick decisions under pressure while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team of household staff effectively.
