Role Description

This is full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant located in Batangas. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules and running errands. Daily tasks include managing diaries, organizing meetings, preparing documents, and conducting basic clerical tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Additionally, the role requires maintaining effective communication with her leader.

Qualifications

  • Tech Savvy and have background using social media for communication. (Facebook, Instagram, Viber)
  • Highly Organized and proficient use of google calendar and scheduling.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with stakeholders.
  • Good Attentional to Detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
