About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Back Office Support Specialist to assist with personal and commercial insurance operations for US-based clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting daily insurance servicing tasks, policy renewals, endorsements, and administrative coordination.
This is a NIGHT SHIFT role to accommodate US business hours. Candidates must be comfortable working overnight schedules consistently.
Responsibilities
- Review and audit insurance policies for accuracy and completeness
- Perform daily re-quoting of renewal policies
- Process endorsements and policy changes
- Provide customer service support for personal lines accounts
- Assist with commercial lines administrative tasks
- Issue and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Follow up with insurance carriers regarding submitted quotes
- Handle callbacks for both personal and commercial accounts
- Schedule appointments and calendar bookings for the owner
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized client records within AMS360/EZLynx systems
- Ensure timely completion of insurance servicing requests
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance back-office support, policy servicing, or insurance administration
- Familiarity with AMS360, EZLynx, or similar insurance management systems
- Understanding of personal lines insurance workflows
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working NIGHT SHIFT schedules aligned with US time zones
- Experience handling renewals, endorsements, quoting, or policy servicing is highly preferred
- Commercial lines exposure is a plus
- Willing to work onsite (Clark, Pampanga)
