Cross Border Wealth is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy Personal & Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Principal.
This is a high-trust role that combines executive support, personal assistance, office administration, and operational coordination. The successful candidate will help manage both professional and personal responsibilities, allowing the Principal to focus on strategic priorities, client relationships, business growth, and travel commitments.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organised, resourceful, discreet, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
Personal assistant duties:
The majority of the role will focus on personal assistance and life administration, including:
- Managing personal calendars, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinating personal and family travel arrangements.
- Managing personal errands and special projects.
- Liaising with household staff, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Scheduling maintenance, repairs, and home-related services.
- Coordinating personal purchases, deliveries, reservations, and bookings.
- Assisting with family-related administrative matters.
- Handling confidential personal information with complete discretion.
- Managing personal expenses, invoices, and reimbursement tracking.
- Acting as the primary point of coordination for personal matters requiring follow-up and execution.
Executive assistant duties:
- Manage the Principal's professional calendar.
- Schedule client meetings and internal meetings.
- Coordinate international travel and business itineraries.
- Draft correspondence and business communications.
- Track projects, deadlines, and action items.
- Assist with business planning and special initiatives.
- Provide administrative support during periods of extensive travel.
Office administration & operations:
- Assist with day-to-day administration of the Manila office.
- Coordinate office vendors and facilities-related matters.
- Manage office supplies and equipment procurement.
- Assist with team events and internal functions.
- Provide operational support to management as needed.
- Support various administrative projects across the business.
While not serving as an HR or Compliance professional, this role will support coordination and administration, including:
- Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinating recruitment interviews and scheduling.
- Maintaining employee files and records.
- Following up on HR documentation and requirements.
- Assisting with policy acknowledgements and employee forms.
- Coordinating document collection for compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Acting as a liaison between employees and internal HR and Compliance personnel.
Qualifications required:
- 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Outlook
- Teams
- Word
- Excel
Preferred:
- Experience supporting business owners, executives, founders, or entrepreneurs.
- Experience working with international teams.
- Exposure to HR administration or office management.
- Experience coordinating travel and complex schedules.

The role should be approximately:
- 40% Personal Assistant
- 30% Executive Assistant
- 20% Office Administration
- 10% HR & Compliance Coordination
Benefits:
- Monthly pay range: P60,000 to P70,000
