Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City for a Permits and Licensing Coordinator. The role involves coordinating, preparing, and filing necessary permits and licenses for various real estate projects. Responsibilities include liaising with government agencies, ensuring compliance with local regulations, maintaining organized records of permits, addressing inquiries related to permits and certifications, and supporting the development team with licensing needs.

- Familiarity with local government processes and requirements in the Philippines is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field preferred.
