JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, performs technical, administrative and support functions of the logistics Management Division (LMD) and does other related works. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Act as Inventory In-Charge of Warehouse and Transport Management Section 2. Monitors and maintains current inventory proposes purchasing orders as required tracks orders and investigates problems 3. Records purchases and regularly updates the database 4. Perform physical count of inventory and reconcile actual stocks count 5. Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with the management 6. Reporting discrepancy of the inventory stocks per inventory cycle 7. Assists in the preparation of Acknowledgement Receipt for the received incoming deliveries of Procured and Donated Items 8. Perform updating and reconciliation of Stock Cards and Inventory Reports 9. Validates data/information accuracy and consistency 10. Prepare and submit inventory reports on the weekly and monthly basis 11. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time. | |||
