Bachelor's Degree preferably Social Work, Community Development, Sociology, Psychology, or any related social science course

Training

Sixteen (16) hours of relevant training, professional certification is an advantage

Experience

:

Three (3) years of relevant experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the limited supervision of the Division Chief, the TS III handles the conceptualization, project management of knowledge management strategies, systems, mechanisms and other related programs, projects, and activities, and provides, and provides technical assistance to stakeholders along knowledge management.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.Develop policies and guidelines along with knowledge management implementation in the Department

2.Undertake project management on specific knowledge management process/component program, project and activity

3.Manages/facilitates actual conduct of capability building activities related to knowledge management

4.Provides technical assistance to Offices, Bureaus, and Services (OBS), Field Offices (FOs) and external stakeholders on knowledge management

5.Manage assigned KM mechanisms and

6.Performs other tasks as may be required by the Chief and/or the Director.

1.Concept Papers, Policies/Guidelines/Proposal

2.Packaged knowledge products

3.Letters/Memoranda

4.Technical Assistance to OBS/FOs and external partners

5.Reportorial Requirements.

8.Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license and

9.Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, if applicable.
