JOB DESCRIPTION Under direction of the Head of Office, oversee, plan, direct and supervise the division staff in the performance of the mandated functions conduct coaching and mentoring to staff reinforce policies and procedures for performance management and improvement recommend training programs, strategies/approaches for more effective implementation and does other related supervisory work. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Review and finalizes work program for the division in alignment with the Department strategic priorities, commitments and directives 2. Oversee compliance to management-level directives and regulatory bodies, including but not limited to DBM/CSC/ARTA/ISO 3. Manage staff workload, tasks and assignments commensurate to the position and remuneration level 4. Execute policies and program standards in adherence to relevant laws and procedures 5. Ensure quality management through rigorous reviews and analysis in the submission reports and other documents for the division 6. Recommend policy for improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of division operations 7. Conduct coaching and mentoring of staff along the performance of functions 8. Resolve concerns and initiates actions to ensure productivity 9. Promote professional growth of the staff through learning and development interventions, sufficient exposure for self-development 10. Represent the Bureau in meetings, workshops, trainings 11. Innovate strategies to develop new opportunities/programs/policies 12. Submit periodic and special reports and 13. Perform other related functions. | |||
