JOB DESCRIPTION Under the direct supervision of the Division Chief/Section Chief, the PDO IV shall facilitate the Bureau's compliance in areas of partnership development and management, advocacy strategies and campaigns, and program design, particularly in the operational planning and monitoring of CRCFs. This includes supporting the development of helping strategies and interventions, conducting research and policy analysis for the implementation of programs for CRCF clients, preparing reports and documentation, representing CRCFs in multi-stakeholder engagements, and providing technical inputs to CRCF standards, safeguarding policies, and relevant frameworks. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Develop, review, and finalize policy documents, manual, guidelines, and standards relevant to CRCF, particularly in the areas of partnership and advocacy, development of appropriate helping interventions and strategies 2. Oversee the development of advocacy and communication materials, public campaigns, legislative engagements, and media partnerships to promote awareness and support for CRCF priorities 3. Design proposal, project plans, and monitoring and evaluation frameworks for partnership-and advocacy-related programs under CRCF 4. Prepare and submit reports on partnership and advocacy initiatives and activities 5. Represent the CRCF Section in inter-agency, donor, stakeholder, and community engagements to raise awareness, advocate for support, and negotiate resources or policy enhancements 6. Ensure that all partnership and advocacy initiatives are aligned with DSWD policies, national regulations, child protection and human rights standards, ethical principles, and CRCF operational standards. 7. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned. | |||

Policy briefs analyzing CRCF operational gaps along provision of helping strategies and interventions provision, the policy environment, and service delivery challenges, for submission to the PDPB to support policy enhancement 3. Annual or project-based works plans aligning partnership and advocacy activities with CRCF goals 4. Periodic and progress reports on ongoing partnership initiatives 5. Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) and/or Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) 6. Advocacy strategy documents and plans 7. Review and oversight of the team implementing partnership and advocacy programs to ensure effective and successful delivery 8. Preparation of memoranda, letters, and other official communications. | |||
