JOB DESCRIPTION The Project Development Officer (PDO) II shall assist the PDO III in data crunching data analysis and interpretation using statistical techniques implementing and managing of databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality and acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Assist in the development of web systems for document management, records management, and digital asset management to facilitate team accountability and collaboration 2. Assist in the development and implementation and management of databases, data collection systems, data analysis, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality 3. Assist in acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources 4. Assist in the data cleansing to ensure accuracy of data prior to reporting 5. Interpret data, analyze its results using statistical techniques, and provide pertinent feedback and reports 6. Assist in locating and defining new process improvement opportunities 7. Assist in the development of analysis and reporting capabilities 8. Assist in the conduct of full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design for DRRM-related reports 9. Assist in preparing/crafting project proposals for DROMIC activities 10. Prepare required DRRM-related reports 11. Provide technical assistance to Field Offices 12. Perform other DROMIC-related works that may be assigned from time-to-time by the immediate supervisor and /or higher authorities. | |||
