JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the limited supervision of the Division Chief/Section Head, the PDO II handles the development and management of projects, specifically on L&D supervises project teams provides technical assistance coordinates the development of capability building projects submits recommendations, proposals, and reports monitors implementation of programs evaluate the implementation, and does other related work.

Functions and Responsibilities:

Capability Building

1. Assist in the conceptualization of the capability building programs including course designs, curriculum development, research, and assessment of competency requirements

2. Coordinates the capability building programs and projects of the Academy

3. Prepares and enhances project proposal/design

4. Assist in the management and facilitation of pre, actual, and post-conduct of capability building activities

5. Coordinate with and assist LSPs before, during, and after the implementation of CBAs

6. Conducts training evaluation and prepares necessary reports

7. Develops and enhances training manual/modules

8. Document the conduct of CBAs

9. Monitor learning activities and administer M&E tools and

10. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.
