JOB DESCRIPTION Under the supervision of the Chief, Personnel Administration Division (PAD) and the Section Head, performs administrative/technical functions along personnel administration in accordance with existing policies/guidelines. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Monitors/Updates database being managed by the Section 2. Prepares, monitors, memoranda, certifications and other communications related to Personnel Records and Policy Transactions 3. Facilitates/monitors processing of DTR/ Certification of Services Rendered, applications for leave, official travel, request for alternative work arrangement, hazard pay claims, personal travel abroad and request for practice of profession of FO officials 4. Processes requests for fund augmentation for payment of Terminal Leave benefits and Monetization of leave credits of FOs 5. Maintains records and files of documents specifically in relation to personnel administration, in view of existing rules and regulations on records management, filing, sorting and disposal 6. Prepares PS Funding Reports of FOS to include encoding in the DBM OSBP for BP 204 and 205 7. Provides technical assistance to Regional Personnel Offices and Central Office - Offices/Bureaus/Service on personnel matters, if necessary 8. Alternate on the conduct of Knowledge Sharing Session of the Section 9. Provides administrative support to the Section, if needed 10. Drafts replies to queries based on existing policies, guidelines and established procedures 11. Does other related tasks as may be assigned. | |||
