JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision, and in accordance with existing guidelines, rules and regulations and protocols, performs variety of skilled computer operation tasks and clerical functions.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Encode/assist in the preparation of draft communication, e.g. letter, memoranda, reports, and the likes

2. Acts as the Primary email custodian of the HRMDS email

3. Acts as the Primary records officer of the HRMDS and performs functions as such

4. Acts as the HRMDS alternate 7S focal

5. Acts as the HRMDS Air Transport Reservation Officer (ATRO)

6. Performs secretariat functions to the HRMDS Director

7. Acts as additional assistant to the HRMDS Budget Officer

8. Acts as additional assistant to the HRMDS Procurement Officer

9. Other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
