JOB DESCRIPTION

Supports the CMU technical staff in executing operational, technical, monitoring, and reporting tasks related to Social Case Management, SWDI administration, and data management to ensure effective welfare service delivery to 4Ps beneficiaries nationwide.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist CMU technical staff in tracking and monitoring the execution of Case Management intervention plans for 4Ps partner-beneficiaries.

  2. Coordinate service delivery workflows to ensure interventions are provided in a timely, effective, and responsive manner.

  3. Provide administrative and technical support to CMU staff in guiding field implementers on case management guidelines.

  4. Assist in overseeing the administration Social Welfare Development Indicator (SWDI) tool across regions.

  5. Support program implementation compliance based on established 4Ps Bureau guidelines.

  6. Serve as liaison to Field Offices (FOs) to monitor the timely submission of regional SWDI administration reports, baseline validations, and terminal assessments.

  7. Prepare official technical notes, feedback memoranda, and documentation required by program management.

  8. Assists Prepares, consolidates, and submits periodic and ad hoc accomplishment reports, technical reports, and other documentary requirements to the Division and Program Management.

  9. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Division Chief and the 4Ps Bureau.
