JOB DESCRIPTION | |||
Serves as part of the Case Management Unit (CMU) planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of case management interventions for Not Attending School (NAS) cases. Oversees the analysis and reporting of NAS cases, development of policies and monitoring tools, and provision of technical assistance to Field Offices to strengthen case resolution. Ensures coordination with the Beneficiary Compliance Management Division (BCMD) and relevant stakeholders, supports inter-agency efforts, and provides operational and technical support to the Case Management Unit. Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Serves as the Division's Focal Person for case management interventions for Not Attending School (NAS) cases. 2. Oversees the analysis and reporting of NAS cases, ensuring the alignment of appropriate case management interventions and the mainstreaming of results across other Divisions. 3. Development of policies and monitoring tools, and provision of technical assistance to Field Offices to strengthen case resolution. 4. Facilitates and monitors the timely and effective implementation of case management interventions for Not Attending School (NAS) cases, including coordination with DSWD Field Offices on case management strategies, case resolution, and other program-related concerns. 5. Provides technical assistance, guidance, and oversight to Regional Case Managers (RCMs) and other stakeholders in the implementation of case management interventions for Not Attending School (NAS) cases. 6. Reviews, analyzes, and interprets regional reports on case management interventions to support evidence-based planning, policy development, decision-making, and continuous program improvement. 7. Provides technical inputs, comments, and position papers on proposed policies, legislation, manuals, guidelines, memorandum circulars, concept notes, and other policy issuances requested by concerned Offices, Bureaus, Services, and Units (OBSUs). 8. Develops, reviews, and enhances policies, guidelines, protocols, manuals, monitoring tools, and other operational instruments related to case management, NAS Cases, SWDI implementation, post-service delivery, and beneficiary well-being. 9. Establishes and strengthens partnerships with development partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to mobilize resources and support the implementation and sustainability of post-service initiatives and advocacy efforts. 10. Serves as a resource person on post-service interventions, including the Graduation and Exit Procedures for 4Ps and other related program concerns, during meetings, training sessions, orientations, and other capacity-building activities. 11. Attends inter-agency meetings, both internal and external to the DSWD. 12. Prepares, consolidates, and submits periodic and ad hoc accomplishment reports, technical reports, and other documentary requirements to the Division and Program Management. 13. Prepares activity proposals for the implementation of specific programs/projects based on the approved Work and Financial Plan (WFP). 14. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Division Chief or Bureau Director. Job Outputs 1. Technical Assistance and Monitoring Plan 2.
