JOB DESCRIPTION Under the general supervision of the Division Chief, the Project Development Officer (PDO) II provides technical assistance to the assigned FO for monitoring, and contributes to the development of responsive learning materials and knowledge products that support policy directions and program improvement. The PDO II also provides support in the development of FDS-related policies and guidelines and other related tasks that may be assigned by the PDO III. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Provision of policy recommendations for the improvement of FDS implementation 2. Development and enhancement of FDS learning materials 3. Provision of technical assistance to regional counterparts to ensure the smooth implementation of the FDS at the different levels of operation 4. Assisting in the conduct of research and monitoring and evaluation activities 5. Preparation of monitoring and technical assistance reports 6. Contribute to the development and enhancement of FDS learning materials 7. Conduct of on-site monitoring on FDS implementation and 8. Provision of inputs on the accomplishment reports for submission and approval by the Division Chief. | |||

1. Monitoring and technical assistance plans, reports and updates 2. Learning materials such as manuals, modules, and/or session guides and 3. Feedback report and other related documents for all activities attended such as meetings, conferences, including monitoring and evaluation activities. | |||
