JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision of the Division Chief, the position ensures the effective and efficient delivery of services in the area of logistics (property and supply management, maintenance and usage of Information Technology (IT) equipment, building and transportation) to the NPMO.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Submits updated Inventory Report of 4Ps NPMO Properties on semestral/annual basis.

2. Ensures the repair and maintenance of ICT equipment, report any lost/damage to the authorities immediately upon discovery.

3. Supervises distribution, maintenance, safekeeping and disposal of equipment according to existing guidelines.

4. Oversees the regular updating of property accountabilities of NPMO staff.

5. Reviews and initiates improvements on property management and other logistical concerns.

6. Monitors and submit regular updates to the Supervising Administrative Officer on the status of:

  • Distribution and inventory of equipment
  • Updates on assigned OBS focal
  • NPMO vehicle transportation

7. 4Ps Training Center updates.

8. Performs other related task as directed by the key principals.

Job Outputs:

1. Updated Reports on Inventory of IT and Non-IT Equipment, 4Ps NPMO compliance to EODB requirements, DSWD Pantawid Pamilya Training Center, Vehicle Transportation and other logistic requirements of the Program.

2. Acquisitions of new ICT equipment, distribution,safekeeping, maintenance and disposal of unserviceable properties of 4Ps NPMO.

3. Reports of Loss / Damaged Properties to Commission on Audit, if any.

4. Provisions of technical assistance on basic software/hardware related concerns to NPMO staff.
