JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the general supervision of the Division Chief and the Project Development Officer IV, the position is responsible for managing, processing, and monitoring the registration of households and the maintenance of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiary registry. The role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of beneficiary data updates and coordination with Field Offices to support the implementation of data management activities.

The position also performs field coordination, monitoring, and technical assistance functions to ensure compliance with data management standards, validation protocols, and operational guidelines. It further ensures the provision of other related tasks and assignments as may be directed by the Supervisor in support of the division's overall objectives.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepares action/work plans related to the registration, updating, and status management of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) households

  2. Monitors the conduct of registration and updating activities of Field Offices, including pre-, during-, and post-implementation phases

  3. Provides technical assistance to Field Offices and/or other NPMO Divisions on registration, updating, and status management processes

  4. Consolidates and analyzes field reports on household registration, updating, and status management for monitoring and policy input purposes

  5. Coordinates and collaborates with units/sections within and outside the Division on concerns and activities related to registration, updating, and status management of 4Ps households

  6. Validate/verify special cases as endorsed by the Field Offices or other NPMO Divisions, conduct case conferences as necessary, and recommend appropriate resolutions

  7. Conducts random quality checks on the data of registered household beneficiaries in the database to ensure accuracy and integrity

  8. Endorses the consolidated list of the Field Offices certified newly registered households for initial payroll processing to the BDMD-Data Management Section for quality assurance checking

  9. Identifies and recommends resolutions to issues or problems related to registration, updating, and status management operations

10. Proposes policies, guidelines, and system enhancements that will improve registration and updating processes

11. Supervises assigned BDMD staff, and monitors and evaluates performance against deliverables and performance standards

12. Prepares and submits timely analytical reports on registration and updating activities with recommendations to the Project Development Officers IV and V, as required and

13. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
