JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision of the Division Chief and Project Development Officer IV, the position facilitates and monitors the processes beneficiaries data for field implementation relative to BDMS and analyzes reportorial requirements of the BDMD. Ensure the provision of other related tasks as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepares action/work plan related to data management

  2. Facilitate, prepare and review Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs) with partners requesting for 4Ps data

  3. Facilitates external data requests per the Data Privacy Act

  4. Provides technical assistance to the field offices related to BDMS

  5. Recommends resolutions to issues/problems related to BDMS

  6. Proposes policies, guidelines and systems enhancements related to BDM Implementation

  7. Supervises selected BDMD staff, monitors and evaluates the performance of the staff against deliverables and other performance measures

  8. Submits BDM reports with analysis and recommendation to the PDO IV and V

  9. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
