JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the general supervision of the Division Chief, the position assists the PDO III in ensuring the division deliverables generates and processes grievance data for policy development and GRS reports, performs quality assurance and monitoring of performance metrics, and provides technical assistance to the Regional counterparts on managing the GRS-IS.

Functions and Responsibilities:

Monitoring, Periodic Review, and Tracking Progress

  • Generate and process grievance data from the GRS Information System (GRS IS) to generate summaries and a dashboard

  • Prepare bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semestral, and annual GRS data/reports.

  • Assist the PDO III in tracking the commitments in the Work Plan of the Division,

  • Perform quality assurance assessment on grievance data.

  • Draft memorandum addressed to the concerned office/s or Field Offices on data request received at the NPMO level, subject to the approval of the immediate supervisor.

  • Provide technical assistance to the regional counterparts in coordination with the PDO III

  • Draft minutes of the meeting, feedback report, or summary of agreements (SOA) on the activities attended, subject to review by the immediate supervisor.

  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the Division Chief/PDO IV/PDO III.

Grievance Redress Information System Maintenance and Enhancement

  • Facilitate and monitor enhancements in the GRS IS.

  • Recommend resolutions to issues/problems related to data management and information systems

  • Provide technical assistance to the Field Offices in managing the GRS IS.

Policy Development, Review, and Enhancement

  • Generate grievance data for policy development/enhancement.
