JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision of the Division Chief, the position supervises the operations of the Beneficiary Data Management Division - Report Generation and Analysis Section (RGAS). Ensure the provision of other related tasks as may be assigned by the Project Development Officer V/Division Chief and the Project Development Officer IV.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  1. Proposes policies, guidelines and systems enhancements related to BDMS

  2. Provide Input/s on policies adopted/ approved responding to emerging and recurring program challenges and in compliance to AO 2024-015

  3. Prepares action/work plan on processes and systems development

  4. Prepares Policy Implementation Plans

  5. Provide Input/s for improving and streamlining the Operational Processes

  6. Monitors all system activities related to Community Assembly Registration System (CARS) and Beneficiary Updating System (BUS), provides technical assistance to the Field Offices performs random system quality check, troubleshooting and bugs reporting and recommends resolutions to issues/problems related to CARS and BUS

  7. Supervises selected BDMD staff, monitors and evaluates the performance of the staff against deliverables and other performance measures

  8. Submits BDM reports with analysis and recommendation to the PDO IV and V to support the management's decision-making and operational enhancements and

  9. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the PDO IV and PDO V.
