JOB DESCRIPTION Under the direct supervision of the Division Chief, the ITO I implements relationship management, collaboration strategies, project management procedures, systems administration, technical assistance, and competency development for users. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Manage the day-to-day operation of the service support unit 2. Monitor Manage Engine Ticketing System and endorse to the appropriate division or engineers for resolutions 3. Review TA report of service support engineer 4. Review and assess specifications and recommendations for ICT equipment, parts, peripherals, and services requested by OBSUs 5. Conduct periodic review of the agency's ICT specification standards and recommend adjustments and/or upgrades as necessary 6. Provide TA to BAC and Procurement Service in the evaluation of abstracts of quotations for ICT equipment procured by the department 7. Manage the deployment of refreshed/replaced computers due to obsolescence 8. Manage the deployment of printers under the manage Printing Services Project 9. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Division Chief. | |||
