Role Description:

• Financial Planning: Conduct financial needs analysis and help clients identify appropriate financial goals and strategies based on their individual circumstances.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain meaningful, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and quality after-sales service.
• Financial Advisory: Educate clients on financial protection, savings, investment, and other relevant financial planning solutions.
• Needs-Based Recommendations: Understand each client's goals and circumstances and present suitable solutions without taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
• Client Servicing: Provide ongoing assistance and periodic reviews to help clients stay aligned with their financial plans.
• Business Development: Develop your professional network and identify opportunities to build and grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder
• For fresh graduates and graduating students: Applicants must have held an executive position in their Student Council during their senior year in college.
• For applicants without Student Council executive experience: At least 1 year of professional work experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Client-oriented and comfortable building professional relationships
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Willingness to learn about financial planning and the financial services industry
• Open to training, coaching, and continuous professional development
• Professional and responsible when handling client relationships
