Remote Marketing & Creative Administrator
Client : Australian Building & Construction company
VA Rate : $9AUD per hour
The Marketing & Creative Administrator is responsible for managing all marketing assets, executing post-production workflows, supporting social media content growth, and delivering high-quality creative outputs across print and digital channels. The role requires strong technical capability, attention to detail, and proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud and digital content platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Collateral Creation
- Using the templates I set up and converted into collaterals and resources that will be used, eg, across:
- Social Media - all channels
- Online
- Digital / Electronic digital mail
Social Media Content
- Growth in content creation for social media channels.
- Implement the social media calendar in collaboration with Kellie.
Audio, Video & Design Production
- Audio and video editing using Premiere Pro and Audition as needed to create professional video assets.
- Graphic design creation as needed - be great if any interactive skills exist.
Research, CRM & Admin Support
Research-related activities and administration of various activities such as:
- Content administration and high attention to detail for data management in CRM - this involves checking in on content quality, ensuring information is uploaded, et,c and adding information using tools such as import, manual data entry
- Reporting and data analytics, for example, reporting from Meta, Google, etc, for ROI purposes
Requirements & Skills
- At least 1-2 years similar experience as a Creative digital marketer or similar role
- Advanced/highly proficient user status within Adobe Creative Cloud
- Competent in Canva
- Appreciation of Relational Database - be great if any prior experience in Hubspot exists
- Excellent Australian English skills
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
