JOB DESCRIPTION Under immediate supervision, performs office and/or administrative functions in the Network and Technical Support Services Division (NTSSD) of the Information and Communications Technology Service in DSWD Central Office and does other related work. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Provides intermediate to advanced professional and technical work in administering, managing and supporting the Campus Area Network (CAN) of DSWD Central Officer which includes wired and wireless networks. 2. Responsible for managing the Metropolitan Area Networks and the Data Centers networks of DSWD Central Office. 3. Responsible in day-to-day CAN monitoring and operational support. 4. Provide support for network infrastructure project implementation for the Campus Area Network (CAN) and the Wide Area Network (WAN) of DSWD Enterprise. 5. Provide Technical Specifications Report, Technical Assistance Report and Technical Evaluation Report as requested in the Ticketing System. 6. Responsible for day-to-day Network and Service Support. 7. Provide technical assistance or inputs on the development of ICT policies, guidelines, project proposals, and TORS related to computing and user's device management. 8. Provide timely and responsive technical assistance to DSWD Field Offices related to the job. 9. Performs other related tasks as may be reasonably assigned by the OIC-Division Chief and/or the Director IV. | |||
