JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision, performs supervisory, technical, and support functions of Logistics Management Division (LMD) and does other related works.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Acts as the Head of Quality Assurance and Control Section

2. Supervises the technical and administrative support staff on its day-to-day operation and ensure that all tasks are carried out in order

3. Reviews reports generated from the Quality Assurance and Control Section specifically on the inspection of all processes in NRLMB

4. Attends meetings, conferences and other activities in behalf of the Division Head as delegated

5. Acts as overall in-charge in the absence of the Division Head as delegated

6. Identifies operational efficiency by comparing actual results versus plans/forecasts/standards

7. Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data

8. Supervise the conduct of Quality Control audits in the receipt, internal issuances, production, warehouse management and release of goods

9. Participates in monthly inventory taking

10. Reviews proper accounting of all received, released and disposed goods and materials thru the following monitoring reports:

a. Production Daily Report

b. Expired Goods/Items Report

c. Incident Report

d. Inspection Report

e. Waste and Spoilage Report

f. Other pertinent reports

11. Reviews Acknowledgement Receipts of all accepted deliveries

12. Validates data/information accuracy and consistency

13. Assist Disaster Response Management Bureau in the evaluation of acceptability of new or emerging FNI

14. Provides technical assistance to partner/stakeholders and FOs counterpart to address the challenges encountered in the production of relief goods and,

15. Performs other tasks as may be required from time to time

1. Communications and reports related to the functions of the Logistics Management Division and Quality Assurance and Control Section

2. Reviewed and Enhanced Quality Control Mechanism

3. Proposed Quality Assurance and Control Program/Project

4. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports regarding Quality Inspections and Spot-Audit

5. Technical assistance to DRCs, FOs, LGUs, intermediaries and stakeholders

6. Concept Notes and Activity/Project Proposals

7. Other Administrative Reports
