JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision and with latitude for the exercise of independent judgement, and in accordance with existing guidelines, rules and regulations and protocols, performs administrative functions along personnel administration and does other related work. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Acts as Section Chief of the Personnel Records and Policy Section 2. Drafts, implements and monitor/evaluates policies covering personnel administration (Compenben) 3. Drafts Proposals/mechanisms to streamline processes and procedures for Central Office (CO) and Field Offices (FOs) personnel administration transactions 4. Conducts and leads the division's Knowledge Sharing Sessions to CO and FOs 5. Prepares/drafts Project Proposals for PAD trainings/learning, planning and strategic initiatives 6. Coordinates/address personnel administration concerns of the regions 7. Provides technical assistance to C.O OBS and FOs in relation to personnel transaction 8. Serves as Focal Person/Secretariat to CO-Review and Compliance Committee for the filing and submission of Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth 9. Acts as resource person to trainings/orientations 10. Acts as ISO 27001 and EODB/ARTA Focal Person and 11. Provides comments/inputs to draft guidelines routed by OBSUs/FOs, Accomplishment Reports and other related documents and 12. Performs such other related personnel administration functions. | |||
