JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, performs supervisory, technical, administrative and support functions of Resource Management Division (RMD) and does other related works. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Assists the Section Head in conducting logistics capacity assessment of NRLMB, DRCs and FOs 2. Consolidates Inventory Reports of DRCs and FOs 3. Monitors the submission of inventory reports and augmentation support provided during disaster operations, among others 4. Ensure data correctness and timeliness of report submission 5. Provides technical and consultative services to DSWD Field Offices, SWADAs and stakeholders/partners related to warehousing and logistics management/production of FFPs/internal control policies and standards implementation/donation facilitation process and volunteers assistance procedures 6. Provides support and training regarding logistics capacity assessment (LCA) 7. Prepares memorandum, proposals, TOR, and other correspondents related to Section's activities 8. Provides technical and administrative assistance as deployed during response operations 9. Checks and monitors submission of FNI reportorial requirements during disaster operations 10. Reviews/recommends the development and enhancement of policies/guidelines/systems procedures of NRLMB 11. Performs other tasks as may be assigned. | |||

Consolidated inventory reports of DRCs and Field Offices prepared accurately and submitted on schedule. 3. Inventory monitoring reports and augmentation monitoring reports maintained and updated. 4. Inventory and operational databases validated to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely submission. 5. Technical assistance, consultation reports, and recommendations on warehousing, logistics management, FFP production, internal control policies, donation facilitation, and volunteer management provided to Field Offices and stakeholders. 6. Logistics Capacity Assessment (LCA) orientations, training sessions, and technical support conducted, with corresponding training reports and documentation. 7. Memoranda, proposals, Terms of Reference (TOR), and other official communications prepared and submitted within prescribed timelines. 8. Technical and administrative support rendered during disaster response operations, with corresponding deployment and accomplishment reports. 9. Consolidated FNI reportorial compliance reports during disaster operations monitored, validated, and submitted. 10. Policy review reports and recommendations for the enhancement of NRLMB policies, guidelines, systems, and procedures developed and submitted. 11. Other assigned tasks completed efficiently, with required outputs delivered within prescribed timelines. | |||
