JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, technical, administrative, and support functions of the Resource Management Division (RMD) and does other related works. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Acts as a Technical Staff of Donation Facilitation Section (DFS) 2. Provides technical support and monitors the transactions and activities of DFS 3. Prepares and facilitates documentation relative to processing and releasing of DSWD consigned shipment of Foreign Donation 4. Coordinates with other Government Agencies such as BOC, PPA, BPI etc. and Private Companies such as Shipping Lines, Airlines and Port/Cargo Terminals to expedite the processing and releasing of DSWD consigned shipment 5. Prepares memorandum and other administrative correspondences of DFS 6. Assists in the preparation of necessary documents for the annual procurement of Brokerage and Cargo Hauling Service Provider 7. Attends activities and conferences relative to the procurement of Brokerage and Cargo Hauling Service Provider 8. Monitors funds utilization for the contracted Service Provider 9. Attends Inter-Agency meetings on rules, regulation and guidelines establishment pertaining to Donation Management 10. Facilitates inspection, receiving and acceptance of both Local and Foreign In-Kind Donation 11. Coordinates with NFA and processes rice procurement/acquisition 12. Prepares and secures required documents to process NFA billings 13. Facilitates allocation of both Local and Foreign In-Kind Donation 14. Assists in the provision of needed details prior to the acceptance of Cash Donation of the Department 15. Provides technical and consultative services to DSWD Field Offices, SWADAs and stakeholders/partners related to warehousing and logistics management/production of FFPs/internal control policies and standards implementation/donation facilitation process and volunteers assistance procedures 16. Assists in the preparation of reportorial requirements on facilitated donation for the DSWD EXECOM/MANCOM and oversight agencies 17. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time. | |||
