JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, performs technical, and support functions of the Logistics Management Division (LMD) and does other related works. | |||||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||||
1. Act as Lead Quality Control Officer 2. Lead the conduct of Quality Control Mechanism such as: 3. Inspection of Incoming Food and and Food Items 4. Spot-Check Audit on the Production of Family Food Pack 5. Spot-Check Audit on the Good Warehouse and Inventory Management 6. Inspection of Outgoing Food and Non-Food Items 7. Develop inspection plan as basis for the conduct of regular inspection and spot-check/audit 8. Assists the Section Head of the in the review and development/enhancement of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies and guidelines set by the Department/bureau 9. Ensure strict implementation of the set standards/guidelines/processes and procedures set by the office/bureau 10. Participates in monthly inventory taking 11. Conduct or witness the proper accounting of all received, released and disposed goods and materials thru the following monitoring reports: .Production Daily Report .Expired Goods/Items Report .Incident Report .Inspection Report .Waste and Spoilage Report .Other pertinent reports 12. Consolidate/reconcile data and prepare report on Quality Inspection and Spot-checks/audits conducted 13. Prepare communications related to the results of quality inspection/management of relief items. 14. Assist in the provision of technical assistance to FOs in the implementation and standardization of policies regarding quality management of relief items. 15. Prepares periodic reports related to the quality management of relief items. 16. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time. | |||||
