JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, performs supervisory, technical, and support functions of Donation Facilitation Section (DFS) and Resource Management Division (RMD) and does other related works. | ||||
Functions and Responsibilities: | ||||
1.Act as a Technical Staff of Donation Facilitation Section (DFS). 2.Provides technical support and supervises/ monitors the operations and implementation of DFS activities and transactions. 3.Prepares and facilitates documentation relative to processing and releasing of DSWD consigned shipment of Foreign Donation 4.Coordinates with other Government Agencies such as BOC, PPA, BPI etc. and Private Companies such as Shipping Lines, Airlines and Port / Cargo Terminals to expedite the processing and releasing of DSWD consigned shipment 5.Prepares memorandum/ proposal/ TOR and other correspondents of DFS 6.Prepares necessary documents for the annual procurement of Brokerage and Cargo Hauling Service Provider 7.Attends activities and conferences relative to the procurement of Brokerage and Cargo Hauling Service Provider 8.Monitors funds utilization for the contracted Service Provider 9.Represents DSWD on Inter-Agency meetings on rules, regulation and guidelines establishment pertaining to Donation Management 10.Supervises / facilitates receiving and acceptance of both Local and Foreign Donation 11.Prepares and submits reports on facilitated Foreign and Local Donation on monthly / quarterly or as may be needed to the RMD / NRLMB Heads 12.Assists in the provision of needed details prior to the acceptance of Cash Donation of the Department 13.Develop and recommend improved warehousing and logistics plans/ packing and repacking of FFPs layout/donation facilitation systems/finance and quality control procedures and volunteers assistance processes. 14.Prepares reportorial requirements on facilitated donation for the DSWD EXECOM/MANCON and oversight agencies. 15.Recommends the development and enhancement of policies / guidelines / systems / procedures of NRLMB 16.Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time. | ||||
