JOB DESCRIPTION The Administrative Officer IV is working under the direct supervision of the Resource Development Section Head and is responsible for the overall management of NRLMB stakeholders. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Coordinates the establishment of institutional partnership with other government agencies, non-government organizations, private entities/, people's organizations, etc., for logistical support in the different operations of the NRLMB such as warehousing of FFPs, transport of FFPs to FOs / disaster-affected areas / designated delivery sites consistent with the relief allocation plan, capacity building of personnel and volunteers, food and non-food items provision and volunteers assistance during disaster operations at NROC. 2. Reviews and Finalizes the Memorandum of Agreement/Understanding for signature of the management of both parties. 3. Coordinates with prospective partners and facilitates exploratory meetings. 4. Organizes Partners Forum and initiates pledges from partners. 5. Leads in the crafting of project proposals to established partners and monitors its status until post-implementation phase. 6. Coordinates with the Panata Awards committee for the nomination of established partners. 7. Attends meetings, conferences and other activities related to Partnership Development on behalf of the Section Head as delegated. 8. Serves as a resource person for the technical assistance to be provided to partner/stakeholders and FOs counterpart in addressing the challenges encountered in the partnership development. 9. Validates data/information accuracy and consistency. 10. Performs other tasks as may be required from time to time. | |||
