JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, performs related tasks on the implementation of the Department's Performance Management System. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Performs tasks related to the implementation of Performance Management System (PMS) for DSWD officials and rank and file employees 2. Provides technical support and assistance to the Field Offices/Bureaus/Services/Units on PMS implementation 3. Monitors the implementation of PMS in Field Offices and CO-OBSUs 4. Coordinates with different OBSUs and Field Offices relative to various concerns of the Unit and division 5.Drafts correspondences and communications relative to PMS operations 6. Generates report on status of PMS implementation and other related reports required by the Office/Division 7. Conducts research work related to PMS 8. Coordinates with concerned oversight agencies on related rules and regulations 9. Formulates PMS-related guidelines and policy papers 10. Updates and maintain PMS-related monitoring tools 11. Analyzes employees job-related competency assessment results and identify performance gaps 12. Prepares reports related to the grant of incentives and bonuses requiring performance ratings and 13. Performs other related tasks as assigned or required. | |||
