JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, performs technical and administrative support services functions relevant to the job. Consolidation, processing and maintaining of financial records and performs other tasks related to the Budget Division. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Preparation and processing of Request for Modification Advice Form (MAFs) and Advice for use of PS Allotment (APSAs) for Direct Release Funds 2. Preparation, review and encode Modification Advice Form (MAFs) and Advice for use of PS Allotment (APSAs) under Direct Release in the Unified Reporting System of DBM 3. Preparation and encoding of the Budget and Financial Accountability Reports (BFARs) in the Unified Reporting System (URS) of DBM 4. Preparation and submission of budgetary reports needed by the Agency Head and other oversight agencies 5. Certificate of availability of funds for all transaction 6. Processing of all financial claims 7. In coodination with the concerned OBSU or Field Office to provide technical assistance and 8. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time. | |||
