JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, performs technical, and support functions of Donation Facilitation Section (DFS) and Resource Management Division (RMD) and does other related works. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Act as a Technical Staff/ Liaison Officer of Donation Facilitation Section (DFS). 2. Provides technical support and supervises/ monitors the operations and implementation of DFS activities and transactions. 3. Prepares/ facilitates documentation relative to processing and releasing of DSWD consigned shipment of Foreign Donation 4. Coordinates/ actual facilitation with other Government Agencies such as BOC, PPA, BPI etc. and Private Companies such as Shipping Lines, Airlines and Port / Cargo Terminals to expedite the processing and releasing of DSWD consigned shipment 5. Prepares memorandum and other correspondents of DFS 6. Assists in the preparation of proposal and TOR of DFS 7. Assists in the preparation of necessary documents for the annual procurement of Brokerage and Cargo Hauling Service Provider 8. Attends activities and conferences relative to the procurement of Brokerage and Cargo Hauling Service Provider 9. Facilitates receipt and acceptance of both Local and Foreign Donation 10. Updates Donation Monitoring Tools 11. Assists in the preparation and submission of reports on facilitated Foreign and Local Donation on monthly / quarterly or as may be needed to the RMD / NRLMB Heads 12. Provides assistance and support to DSWD Field Offices, SWADAs and stakeholders/partners related to warehousing and logistics management/production of FFPs/internal control policies and standards implementation/ donation facilitation process and volunteers assistance procedures. 13. Assists in the preparation of reportorial requirements on facilitated donation 14. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time. | |||
