At least 4 hours training on logistics management preferably volunteers management

At least six (6) months of relevant experience on logistics management preferably in volunteers management

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Administrative Officer II is working under the direct supervision of the Unit Head and assists in the overall management of NRLMB volunteer programs.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.Performs its day-to-day operation and ensure that all tasks are carried out in order.

2.Orientation of First-time Volunteers

3.Assist in preparation of Volunteer Room and Materials.

4.Assist in Deployment.

5.Monitoring of Volunteers (Afternoon)

6.Assist in Handling Inquiries

7.Assist in Food Distribution

8.Assist in Issuance of Certificates

9.Handle Volunteer concerns

10.Reviews reports on deployment of volunteers and program status.

11.Receive and Evaluate Workforce Augmentation Request (EWRF).

12.Assist in the coordination of volunteer groups (Uniformed Personnel, Civilians, Cash for Work) and scheduling.

13.Coordinate DSWD Transport arrangement, subject to availability.

14.Assist in the crafting of the Volunteer Mobilization Project (VMP) modules.

15.Assists in the implementation of the Volunteer Mobilization Project.

16.Attends meetings, conferences and other activities related to Volunteer Management on behalf of the Section Head/Unit Head as delegated.

17.Serves as a resource person for the technical assistance to be provided to partner/stakeholders and FOs counterpart in addressing the challenges encountered in the deployment of volunteers.

18.Communicates and coordinates correspondence with various officials and offices.

19.Validates data/information accuracy and consistency.

20.Performs other tasks as may be required from time to time.

Job Outputs:

1.Enhanced policies, guidelines and procedures relative to volunteers management, partnership building, technical assistance and research and development.

2.Daily Workforce Report

3.Consolidated Operations Reports (quarterly, semesterly and annually) of NRLMB

4.Updates, Memoranda and other office communications Technical assistance to DRCs, FOs, LGUs, intermediaries and stakeholders.
