JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, performs technical, and support functions of Logistics Management Division (LMD) and does other related works. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Act as a Receiving Officer of Warehouse and Transport Management Section 2. Assists in monitoring all incoming food and non-food procurement. 3. Prepares and coordinates with warehouse-in-charge for the Storage Plan of scheduled incoming relief goods. 4. Facilitates in the receiving / storing of incoming procured and donated items 5. Preparation of Acknowledgement Receipt for the received incoming deliveries of Procured and Donated Items 6. Facilitates in the receiving / proper storing of produced Finished Goods. 7. Assists in the updating and reconciliation of Stock Cards and Inventory Reports 8. Reviews / validates Purchase Order / Delivery Receipts and other documents related to incoming deliveries 9. Handle the data tracking of incoming deliveries for both procured and donated and properly maintain the records / files of the Section 10. Monitor the submission of reports and other documents required by the Section 11. Assists in the conduct of actual inspection of all incoming items prior to receiving 12. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time | |||
