JOB DESCRIPTION Under the supervision of the Chief, Personnel Administration Division (PAD) and the Section Head, performs administrative/technical functions along personnel administration in accordance with existing policies/guidelines. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Acts as the Assistant IT Officer of the Division/Section 2. Acts as the monitoring/records focal (i.e. OT claims submission, documents produced by the Section, individual claims, personnel files/records, etc. 3. Acts as Payroll Assistant to the OT Payroll Officer to perform tasks such as computes equivalent monetary and non-monetary value for overtime services rendered based on time entries in the daily time record and existing rules by DBM, CSC, and COA, and equivalent DSWD issuances, etc., and to the Regular Payroll Officer to perform tasks such as encoding of deductions, CD preparation, payroll preparations, etc. 4. Assists in the preparation of annual Budget Proposal on Personnel Services and other PS related concern documents such as encoding to the DBM system for Budget Proposals, consolidates reports of Field Offices on PS requirement, etc., 5. Prepares routinary and/or technical Memoranda and other office communications 6. Updates/monitors personnel administration of compensation and benefits related database/systems to include the DBM Government Manpower Information System 7. Prepares NOSA/NOSI and its corresponding transmittal, and manages Section's copy of said document prior endorsement to COFO 8. Conducts research studies/data gathering, data and statistical analysis, and prepares write-ups and reports 9. Prepares Bank Payroll Register (BPR) thru the Financial Data Entry System (FinDES) for load allowances 10. Draft replies to queries based on existing policies, guidelines and established procedures 11. Does other related tasks as may be assigned. | |||
