JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the general supervision, with some latitude for independent judgement, the position shall perform somewhat and responsible professional work in the key result areas of PAD Central Office and Field Offices.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Primary Focal of the Updating, Maintenance and Digitization of Personnel Record

2. Review/check appointment papers and requirements of newly hired, promoted, transferred and appointed personnel

3. Monitor and ensure compliance with existing policy and guidelines on records management such as but not limited to document maintenance, retrieval and disposal

4. Draft announcements/actions regarding personnel matters

5. Prepares reports, letters, memoranda and other forms of communications

6. Update and maintain service cards of CO and FOs

7. Update and maintain e-Plantilla and working plantilla

8. Coordinates with other agencies concerning personnel matters

9. Acts as secretariat to various committees

10. Assist in the conduct of research studies/data gathering and prepare write-ups and statistical report

11. Other tasks that may be assigned.
