PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education

:

Bachelor's degree in Office/Public Administration, Accountancy, or any related field

Training

:

Eight (8) hours of training in civil service rules and regulations, bookkeeping, and personnel administration

Experience

:

One (1) year of experience in personnel management and management, including but not limited to timekeeping and attendance monitoring, leave administration and payroll preparation

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision, assists the Human Resource Management Officer in the implementation of personnel management policies performs administrative functions in the HR/Personnel Unit and does other related work.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Indexes application for leave

2. Reviews daily time records (DTR) of employees.

3. Processes payroll and employee compensation and benefits e.g. allowance, bonus, incentive.

4. Prepares remittances for mandatory contributions/loans to GSIS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG Fund and Landbank.

5. Renders liaisoning work to CSC, GSIS, Philhealth and Pag-IBIG Fund.

6. Maintains/updates 201 file of employees and other personnel records.

7. Prepares service record, clearance, and other employment certificates as may be required.

8. Tracks incoming and outgoing communication and documents

9. Provide administrative support in the recruitment and selection process, and training and development activities.

10. Drafts simple routine documents such as transmittal letters, memoranda, vouchers, and other documents as may be required.

11. Performs other tasks as may be assigned by Immediate supervisor, Division Chief, Deputy Executive Director and Executive Director.
