JOB DESCRIPTION Under the supervision of the Chief, Personnel Administration Division (PAD) and the Section Head, performs liaison work and other administrative support functions in accordance with existing policies/guidelines. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Submit/file applications for retirement/separation benefits/loans/claims of DSWD Central Office officials/employees to GSIS, PAGIBIG, Philhealth, Landbank and other concerned agencies/institutions. 2. Review/check correctness/completeness of documents/requirements of personnel for transactions with concerned agencies. 3. Provide technical assistance to DSWD Central Office officials/personnel on the processing of their applications/claims. 4. Pick up/receive documents/checks/claims as authorized by concerned DSWD official/personnel. 5. Submit/endorse official documents to concerned agencies when necessary. 6. Keep/sort documents/files/record of transactions. 7. Does other related tasks as may be assigned. | |||
