We're looking for a results-driven Performance Trader who can manage campaigns efficiently, build strong client relationships, and collaborate well with teammates. Job Description
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle to ensure smooth execution and achievement of client objectives, including campaign setup, QA, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance and spending to ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Analyze campaign results daily, weekly, and monthly, and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Coordinate closely with finance and agency teams to ensure timely billing of campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with agency and technology partners to ensure campaigns launch on time and are implemented correctly, while addressing any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly across Facebook, TikTok, and the Google/GMP tech stack.
- Agency experience as a Digital Buyer, Ad Trafficker, or Campaign Manager is preferred. Fresh graduates in marketing, advertising, or related courses are also welcome to apply.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality execution.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, colleagues, partners, and external agencies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
