Performance Test Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with hands-on experience in performance testing tools and methodologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure system scalability, stability, and reliability

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests for applications.
• Prepare detailed performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
• Work with LoadRunner (Enterprise / Cloud) for test execution and analysis.
• Monitor system performance using tools like Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Prometheus, and APM tools.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with recommendations.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.
• Ensure adherence to performance testing lifecycle and best practices.

Required Skills (Max 6)

• Strong experience in performance testing (load, stress, endurance testing)
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner Enterprise / LoadRunner Cloud
• Programming knowledge in Java / .NET / C
• Experience in performance monitoring tools (Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Prometheus, APM)
• Strong understanding of performance testing lifecycle and methodologies
• Experience in test metrics, analysis, and reporting

Nice to Have Skills (Max 3)

• Experience with automation tools like Appium
• Knowledge of scripting for test automation
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
