About The Job

The Performance Marketing Sr. Specialist is responsible for driving impactful and cost-effective digital marketing campaigns focused on customer engagement and acquisition. The role is key in efficiently running intent and interest-based campaigns through our performance marketing channels that enhance overall user experience and impact customer consideration all throughout the HCPH ecosystem (HCPH, SMPH, GMA) and various customer lifecycle stages. The Sr. Specialist needs to have a deep understanding of the business funnels, business gaps and opportunities, UX principles, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization on top of the technical skills to run ad platforms to effectively drive successful initiatives.

The Performance Marketing Sr. Specialist will work closely with product, digital lifecycle, UX, analytics, and creatives teams to create seamless, high-performing digital campaigns that support lead generation, acquisition, and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Performance Marketing Strategy: Design and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns aligned with the customer lifecycle strategy to meet customer acquisition targets, focusing on measurable growth through Google and Meta platforms.
  • Google Advertising: Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Universal App Campaigns, ensuring they align with customer acquisition goals and deliver a strong return on investment.
  • Meta Advertising: Plan and implement effective Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement among target audiences.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights and data tools ( e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase, Glassbox , MS Clarity, MoEngage , SEMRush , MParticle CDP, funnel analysis, etc.) to optimize ad creative, targeting, and budgets for peak efficiency and impact.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with UX and design teams to improve the performance of key conversion points, including landing pages, funnels, and campaign touchpoints.
  • Cost Management: Maintain a strong focus and discipline on cost-effectiveness, ensuring efficient allocation of budgets across campaigns to achieve maximum customer acquisition at the lowest possible cost.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, analytics, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with product strategies and deliver a seamless user journey from ad to acquisition.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide clear and actionable performance reports, sharing insights with stakeholders to guide future campaign planning and growth opportunities.

What You Need To Have

  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing in both paid and organic capacities. Solid experience in paid media execution, optimization, and budget management are huge pluses
  • Had experience running performance-focused campaigns on Google, Meta, Email, CRM, etc.
  • Knows how to use and create comprehensive reports from d igital marketing measurement tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.
  • Preferably from in-house digital marketing teams, tech startups, and the like.
  • Customer Obsessed and Data Hungry; Highly Analytical
  • Creative and Entrepreneurial–needs to operate the business like their own and able to assess cost-benefit and flag opportunities and pitfalls.
