Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Brand & Marketing team, responsible for the execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns to drive business growth. This role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data, analytics, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Briefing and dispatching performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) and programmatic advertising. This includes creative briefing and dispatching of assets, UTM supply.
- Technical Marketing: Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad platforms, tracking, and measurement (e.g., UTM parameters, attribution models).
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for optimization and implement A/B tests to improve key metrics such as ROAS and CPA.
- Data Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards to visualize data and communicate performance to the wider team.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Category Marketing, Legal) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors) to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.
Their contributions to the finance process include:
- Financial Tracking and Reporting: They create and maintain detailed finance trackers to monitor campaign spending, ensuring that it aligns with the allocated budget. This involves tracking invoices, validated spend, and actuals to provide a clear view of the financial status.
- Invoice and PO Management: The role involves processing invoices from vendors and partners, raising purchase orders (POs), and ensuring all financial documentation is accurate and reflected in the finance trackers.
- Discrepancy Resolution: A key responsibility is to identify, report, and resolve any financial discrepancies, such as overspending or underspending on campaigns, and to address issues with budget rollovers.
- Vendor and Partner Communication: The specialist communicates directly with external partners and vendors regarding financial matters, including invoicing, budget alignment, and the processing of fees.

- Experience with analytics and advertising platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms (e.g., RTB House).
- Familiarity with marketing automation and measurement tools (e.g., Supermetrics) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
