The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, bookings, and revenue growth for The Aivee Group.
This role combines performance marketing expertise with a strong understanding of luxury branding, customer behavior, and conversion strategies. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and results-driven, with the ability to scale campaigns while maintaining the premium image and positioning of the Aivee brand ecosystem.
Paid Media & Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Reels, and Stories
- Execute campaigns for clinic launches, treatment promotions, events, doctor branding, lead generation, and membership programs
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion funnels
- Monitor campaign performance, ad spend, and budget pacing on a daily basis
- Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and luxury positioning
Performance Optimization
- Analyze campaign metrics including ROAS, CPL, CAC, engagement, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, captions, CTAs, audience segments, and campaign strategies
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and customer behavior insights
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining quality and efficiency
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports
- Track campaign impact on bookings, consultations, treatment sales, and branch performance
- Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to management
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities for campaign improvement
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with Marketing, Content, PR, Creatives, and Doctors for campaign planning and execution
- Coordinate campaign rollouts and content schedules
- Recommend high-performing content suitable for paid advertising
- Support integrated marketing initiatives and brand campaigns
AI & Digital Innovation
- Utilize AI tools for ad copy generation, creative testing, analytics, and workflow optimization
- Stay updated on Meta algorithm changes, digital marketing trends, and emerging advertising tools
- Explore new strategies and platforms to improve campaign performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, Meta Ads, or digital marketing
- Experience handling paid campaigns and conversion-focused marketing strategies
- Background in aesthetics, beauty, luxury, wellness, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands is an advantage
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Pixel tracking
- Strong knowledge of conversion funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation
- Familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, CRM systems, and AI marketing tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
