Your Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to oversee the health, performance, and tracking integrity of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will analyze results, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights to drive client KPIs. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving campaign performance.
What You Will Do
- Take full ownership of assigned accounts and ensure accurate tracking and strong performance across Programmatic, Paid Social, and PPC campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance against key metrics, including ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversions.
- Work closely with Campaign Managers and Account Managers to implement optimization strategies and ensure campaigns meet KPIs.
- Conduct pre-launch and post-launch checks to ensure campaigns are set up correctly and minimize errors.
- Monitor campaigns for potential risks and performance blockers, and communicate insights promptly.
- Prepare reports highlighting campaign results, key wins, and actionable recommendations to scale performance.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in digital marketing, campaign analysis, or media buying support
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Simpli.fi, MediaMath)
- Familiarity with tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4)
- Experience with ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion tracking
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Undergraduates may be considered if they meet the skills requirements.
- Willingness to work on night shifts, and must have a stable internet connection for a remote work setup
