Job Description
Our client is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Part-time)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (preferably in DTC, E-commerce, or Subscription services).
- Proven Tech Stack Mastery: Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is required.
- AI Literacy: Direct experience with Sintra.ai or a strong desire to master AI-driven marketing automation.
- Social Savvy: A strong understanding of social media trends and what drives engagement in a crowded feed.
- Analytical Rigor: Advanced proficiency in GA4 and Excel/Google Sheets.
The Impact You'll Make
- Launch Leadership: Execute the full-funnel digital marketing strategy for our brand launch, focusing on rapid customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- AI-Enhanced Workflow: Integrate and manage Sintra.ai (or similar marketing automation tools) to streamline lead generation, audience research, and campaign optimization.
- Omnichannel Execution: Build, launch, and relentlessly optimize paid campaigns across Meta (IG/FB), TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Data Storytelling: Move beyond basic reporting. You will analyze CTR, CAC, and LTV to tell us why things are working and where we need to pivot.
- Creative Testing Lab: Partner with our owners to run continuous A/B tests on scroll-stopping hooks, ad copy, and landing page conversions.
Who You Are
- A Proactive Problem Solver: You don't wait for a checklist. You identify bottlenecks in the funnel and propose solutions before they become issues.
- Expert Communicator: You can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for the founding team.
- Detail-Obsessed: You understand that in performance marketing, a broken link or a wrong pixel setting is lost revenue.
- Resourceful: You thrive in a startup environment and enjoy finding growth hacks and tools to do more with less.
Preferred Industry Experience
- Subscription & Recurring Revenue Models: Ideally, you have previous experience working with subscription boxes, wellness products, or membership-based businesses. You should understand the nuances of marketing to a recurring audience and optimizing for Lifetime Value (LTV).
- DTC (Direct-to-Consumer): Experience in high-growth e-commerce environments where inventory management and shipping timelines influence marketing spend.
