Job Summary
- Strategy, planning & channel ownership
Own the performance marketing plan for core digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok,
Shopping, remarketing, affiliates) in line with brand and trading calendars.
Translate commercial targets into clear media plans: budgets, audiences, bidding strategies,
creative requirements and testing roadmaps.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Ecommerce Manager to align performance
activity with promotions, product launches and stock positions.
- Campaign setup, optimisation & testing
Build, launch and optimise campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max),
Meta, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
Continuously refine keywords, audiences, bids, placements and creatives to hit ROAS and
CPA targets.
Design and run structured tests (creative, offer, audience, landing page) and roll out winners
across brands and channels.
Ensure accurate conversion tracking and event setup in GA4 and ad platforms.
- Landing pages, CRO & onsite performance
Work with the Ecommerce Manager to brief and refine landing pages for key campaigns,
ensuring message match and a smooth path to purchase.
Use analytics and testing tools to identify drop-off points and opportunities to improve
conversion rate (e.g. simplifying forms, adjusting page layout, clarifying offers).
Coordinate with design and development resources to implement and measure CRO
changes.
- Reporting, analytics & insight
Own weekly and monthly reporting for performance channels: spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA,
key trends and insights.
Build simple dashboards and views (GA4, Shopify, platform reports) that the wider team can
understand at a glance.
Analyse performance by brand, product category, device, audience and creative to identify
growth opportunities and underperforming areas.
Provide clear recommendations on where to increase, reduce or reallocate budget.
Use AI-driven and platform automation tools (bidding strategies, creative optimisation,
predictive audiences) to improve efficiency and results.
Experiment with AI tools for ad copy generation, creative variation testing and performance
forecasting, sharing learnings with the wider team.
Continuously review and recommend tools, integrations and processes that can improve
speed, accuracy and performance.
- Cross-channel collaboration
Work Closely With
Marketing Manager on campaign strategy, creative concepts and messaging.
Ecommerce Manager on merchandising, pricing, stock and landing pages.
Retail and Commercial teams to support store campaigns and B2B initiatives with targeted
digital activity.
Ensure online activity supports, not conflicts with, retail promotions and wholesale priorities.
