Scale Etsuka's online sales through data-driven paid advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads
  • Test new creatives and audiences
  • Analyze campaign performance
  • Improve ROAS and CAC
  • Work closely with the content team
  • Report weekly performance insights

KPI

  • ROAS
  • CAC
  • Revenue from paid ads
  • New customer acquisition

Ideal candidate

  • Analytical
  • Comfortable with numbers
  • Experienced with Meta Ads Manager
  • Constantly testing and optimizing
